Proposed alterations include either complete or partial demolition of the existing contributing buildings and site amenities: track, fields, parking areas, etc. to be replaced with new buildings, track, fields, parking areas, etc. Modifications and Adjustments are anticipated but, due to schematic drawings, are not identified at this time.

BRIEFING - Old Town / Chinatown Lanterns

PBOT is sponsoring a revitalization effort for portions of Old Town and Chinatown that will string decorative catenary lanterns across several streets. A pilot project aims to install lanterns on one or two blocks ahead of a more complete installation. Proposed lanterns are nonstandard improvements in the right-of-way.
