 LU 21-002582 HR – NW 23rd & Flanders Cladding Replacement

Type III Historic Resource Review for alterations to an existing 4-story mixed-use building at the northeast corner of NW 23rd and NW Flanders that is listed as a non-contributing resource in the Alphabet Historic District also located in the Northwest Plan District. The proposed alterations include the replacement of the existing stucco cladding at levels 3 and 4 on all exterior elevations with a new rainscreen stucco system. The proposal also includes the replacement of existing aluminum windows on levels 3 and 4 with fiberglass windows with color and style to match existing, and new 4" metal grid mesh attached to existing balcony railings to address building code compliance.
