Joint Meeting of Design Commission and Historic Landmarks Commission 

Design Commission and Historic Landmarks Commission to discuss Portland City Council’s Emergency Ordinance to Waive Portland Zoning Code requirements for the ground floor/first floor of buildings located in the Design Overlay Zone for the installation of lighting and security gates on exterior facades during COVID-19 emergency (Item #137 on the March 3rd Council Agenda)

This is not a public hearing, rather it is a public meeting and no decisions will be made.
