Empowered Neighborhoods Program: How we will support you

Black, Indigenous, people of color, and persons with disabilities who receive a violation letter in the mail from the City can get assistance from our staff. 

  • Help solve property violation problems and address questions with you

  • Assist you in making a plan to fix violations

  • Work with you until violations are fixed 

  • Provide community support to assist you with drawings and construction

How to Apply

  • Our team consists of friendly people who will show you how to take the next step for your property needs. Let us know when you are ready to talk about your violation letter and apply by filing out the form below.

  • We will review your request and contact you within 2 business days.
