Where to Find Contractors

Development Services reviews and inspects construction projects on private property. We inspect for compliance with State Building Codes and local City Codes, such as the Zoning Code. Construction contractors perform work on permits issued by Development Services.

• Search for licensed contractors at the State of Oregon Contractor Board website. 

• The State of Oregon Contractor License Search has an index of licensed contractors. You can also find out if a contractor has any outstanding issues.
