DAR for Julia West, a proposed 12-story affordable housing development located on the corner of SW 13th Ave and SW Alder St in the West End Subdistrict of the Central City Plan District. The proposed approximately 59,890 SF building will have 90 units of permanent supportive housing. Amenities will include community rooms, laundry lounge, rooftop terrace, onsite supportive services, and property management. A below-grade utility/Back of House basement is proposed.
