Design Advice Request meeting for a proposal to develop blocks 261 and 262 in the Con-Way Master Plan area. The proposed development will be market rate apartments on both parcels. Block 261 will be a 5 story residential building with tuck under parking accessed from NW 20th Ave on the west side of the site. Block 262 will be a 6 and 7 story residential building with basement parking accessed from NW Raleigh St on the south side of the site.
