The proposed modular/pre-fabricated mass plywood building will consist of a 4- and 5-story structure providing 41 studio units, bike parking and onsite amenities. Ground level spaces facing SE 12th and Ankeny include a lobby, community room and bike rooms. The rooftop will include solar panels and a small rooftop deck.
