Design Commission and Historic Landmarks Commission to discuss Portland City Council’s Emergency Ordinance to Waive Portland Zoning Code requirements for the ground floor/first floor of buildings located in the Design Overlay Zone for the installation of lighting and security gates on exterior facades during COVID-19 emergency (Item #137 on the March 3rd Council Agenda)
