Inspectors may wear masks for inspections, maintain social distancing

Inspectors from the Bureau of Development Services may choose to wear masks for in-person inspections. Inspectors will wear masks where required or if requested by a property owner, permit applicant or job site manager.

Temporary fee reductions available on early assistance meetings for multi-family housing projects

The City of Portland is reducing fees by 50 percent, through April 30, on all types of early assistance services for multi-family housing projects with 20 or more dwelling units.
