Fees for building code appeals to increase July 1, 2022

To help cover the costs of intake, review and approval of building code appeals, and due to the increased complexity of processing appeals (building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and floating structures), the application fees for appeals were increased by the Portland City Council.
