Authority

Portland City Charter Section 2-506(a) authorizes the City Auditor to establish rules for the Office of the Auditor. Therefore, the City Auditor’s Office proposes the revision of the below administrative rule, which is available for public comment for thirty days before adoption.

About the changes to ARA 13 Campaign Finance: Appendix A

Proposed changes update campaign finance thresholds for biannual inflation rate changes per City Election Code. Proposed changes also remove column with 2019 numbers in order to only display last three updates. Prior rates can be found in archived rules for Appendix A.
