Political Consultant Filing Portal


Filing Portal Information

For Political Consultants: Register with the City within 15 days of providing political consulting services to a City elected official or their campaign committee, or a successful candidate for elected City office or their campaign committee.

For Current Elected Officials: File a report identifying the political consultant who provided political consulting services and, for City-referred measures, identify the political consultant who provided political consulting services related to the measure.

For Successful Candidates to a City Office: In the quarter immediately after the certification of election results, file a report identifying the political consultant who provided political consulting services while the elected official was a candidate for City office.
