The City Auditor has adopted the following administrative rules:
ARA 2.06 – Reasonable Employment Accommodations
ARA 4.04 – Telework
ARA 4.14 – Requirements for Public Meetings
ARA 6.01 – Leaves
ARA 7.05 – Separation from Service
ARA 7.06 – Layoff, Recall, and Redeployment
ARA 8.01 – Hours of Work and Schedules
These rules were initially adopted by the City Auditor on October 5, 2020, as interim rules and were in effect until April 3, 2021. The proposed final rules were posted for public comment for 30 days, ending September 14, 2022.
The effective date of the adopted rules is September 29, 2022.
The final rules will be available on the Auditor’s Office website or can be requested from Operations Management.
