The City Auditor has adopted amendments to the following revised administrative rule:
The revised rule was posted for public comment for 30 days, ending April 29, 2021.
This rule is adapted from and consistent with City of Portland Human Resources Administrative Rule 2.02 Prohibition Against Workplace Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation. Revisions to ARA 2.02 were proposed to ensure compliance with state law.
The effective date of the revised rule is April 30, 2021.
The revised rule is available on the Auditor’s Office’s website or can be requested from Operations Management.
