2025 November Special Election 
City Council Referred Measures 

 

Measure 26-260: Maintain safe parks, nature, affordable recreation through 5-year levy.

Current Status: Measure certified to November 4, 2025 ballot. 

History:

  • July 16, 2025: City Council approved resolution to measure to the November 4, 2025 Special Election ballot.
  • July 16, 2025: Ballot title challenge period begins. An elector may file a petition for review of this ballot title in the Multnomah County Circuit Court no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, July 25, 2025.
  • July 25, 2025: Ballot title challenge period ended. No ballot title challenges were filed.  
  • August 12, 2025: Measure sent to County Elections Division and certified to ballot as Measure 26-260.
