Council meeting
City Council holds regular meetings at 9:30 a.m. on the first, second, fourth and fifth Wednesday and 6:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month. If there is sufficient business, additional meetings are held the following Thursday at 2:00 p.m.

Council Chamber doors open to the public 15 minutes before the meeting starts. Learn more about visiting City Hall to attend a Council meeting. Watch the live broadcast on YouTube, on the Open Signal website, or on cable TV (Xfinity Channels 30 and 330).
The agenda is published by 9:00 a.m. Friday before the meeting.
Public testimony information
- For agenda items that accept verbal and written testimony, registration is available when the agenda is published.
- Those who wish to testify verbally on an agenda item must sign up in advance on the Council agenda or by calling 311.
- Registration for virtual testimony closes one hour prior to the Council meeting.
- In-person testifiers must sign up before the agenda item is heard.
