Council will hold an executive session to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, as provided under ORS 192.660(2)(d).
Executive sessions are not broadcast or recorded and limited attendance is designated under Oregon Revised Statutes 192.660. Councilors attend remotely by video and teleconference or in-person at City Hall, Rose Room, 1221 SW Fourth Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. Members of the press may contact the staff coordinator listed to attend.
