The agenda is published by 9:00 a.m. Friday before the meeting.

Public testimony information

• For agenda items that accept verbal and written testimony, registration is available when the agenda is published.
• Those who wish to testify verbally on an agenda item must sign up in advance on the Council agenda or by calling 311.
  • Individuals will have three minutes to testify unless otherwise stated during the session.
    • There is no limit to the number of individuals who may register; however, the time reserved for testimony may be limited by the presiding officer.
  • Registration for virtual testimony closes one hour prior to the Council meeting.
  • In-person testifiers must sign up before the agenda item is heard.
• To address Council about a topic not on the agenda, request a public communication spot at a future Council meeting (same-day registration is not available).
