Council will hold an executive session at 2:00 p.m. to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, as provided under ORS 192.660(2)(d).
At 3:00 p.m., Council will consult with legal counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of the City with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed, as provided under ORS 192.660(2)(h), and to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, as provided under ORS 192.660(2)(f). Members of the press may contact the staff coordinator listed below to attend the second portion of the executive session that begins at 3:00 p.m. – in-person at City Hall, Rose Room.
Executive sessions are not broadcast or recorded and limited attendance is designated under Oregon Revised Statutes 192.660.
