Council will hold an executive session at 2:00 p.m. to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, as provided under ORS 192.660(2)(d). At 3:30 p.m., Council will consult with legal counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of the City with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed, as provided under ORS 192.660(2)(h). Members of the press may contact the staff coordinator listed to attend the second portion of the executive session.
Executive sessions are not broadcast or recorded and limited attendance is designated under Oregon Revised Statutes 192.660.
