Council Meeting
Council holds regular meetings at 9:30 a.m. on the first Wednesday and 6:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month. If there is sufficient business, additional meetings are held the following Wednesday or Thursday at 2:00 p.m.

Public testimony information
- Verbal testimony registration and written testimony opens for agenda items when the Council agenda is published by 9:00 a.m. on the Friday before the meeting.
- Those who wish to testify verbally on an agenda item must sign up in advance on the Council agenda or by calling 311.
- Registration for virtual testimony closes one hour prior to the Council meeting.
- In-person testifiers must sign up before the agenda item is heard.
- To address Council about a topic not on the agenda, request a public communication spot at a future Council meeting (same-day registration is not available).
