The Council President refers items submitted by the Mayor and Auditor to a committee or the full Council for consideration. Committees are advisory bodies to Council and may only make recommendations upon matters referred to them by the Council.

Agenda item documents are available once published to an upcoming committee agenda. Committee agendas are published on the Thursday before the meeting.
