The City Auditor is releasing additional documentation related to the August 2020 audit of Enhanced Services Districts: City provides little oversight of privately funded public services.
These records should provide the public needed information for the upcoming renewal of agreements between the City of Portland and the districts:
- Clean & Safe – Expires September 20, 2021
- Central Eastside – Expires June 30, 2022
- Lloyd - Expires January 31, 2024
