Methods for serving a subpoena on the City of Portland vary by Bureau:
- Portland Police Bureau (PPB) – Records Subpoenas
Serve at: Custodian of Records, Portland Police Bureau Records Division

- Portland Bureau of Emergency Communications (BOEC) – Records or Testimony Subpoenas
