Mamook Tokatee Block Party (PARTNER EVENT)

This gathering, a Portland Monuments Project partner event, is being presented by the Native American Youth & Family Center (NAYA). See a full list of project partners. 

On August 24, 2025, NAYA will host its 3rd Annual Mamook Tokatee Block Party featuring tropical foods, dance, music, and decorations. Attendees can participate in art-making, including cedar bark roses, a mosaic frame for a wall mirror, and/or a community canvas painting session. Expect a celebration of culture through dance, music, art, and food, as well as traditional drumming and dance for all ages throughout the day.
