Since 2012 the Arts Access Fund has provided more than $30 million dollars to local arts organizations. Grants are given to organizations to support general operating expenses and to help expand access to the arts for all Portlanders, with a special focus on serving K-12 students and underserved communities. This page includes a list of all Arts Access Funds awarded by the City's grantmaking partner in fiscal year 2023-24, the Regional Arts & Culture Council.

Project grants for arts access. By City Code, at least 5% of Arts Access Fund proceeds are invested in “grants and programs to non-profit arts organizations, other nonprofits and schools that will give access to high-quality arts experiences to Kindergarten through 12th grade students (K-12) and for grants and programs that will make arts and culture experiences available to Portland residents, with particular emphasis on programs directed to communities who are underserved by local arts providers.” The following 123 organizations received a total of $541,000 in grants from RACC to support arts access in FY2023-24.
