Arts & Culture

Community-based organizations, small and emerging non-profit arts organizations, and cultural institutions providing arts programming that support the cultural vitality of Portland can apply for sponsorships as part of this program.

Arts education sponsorships are available to public elementary schools, and MESD K-12 programs, located within the City of Portland for arts experiences with local arts organizations, including field trips, assemblies, and arts residency programs.

Arts for All envisions a community where everyone, regardless of financial resources, can experience and enjoy arts and culture. Through Arts for All, SNAP/EBT cardholders can purchase $5 tickets to events—opening the door to hundreds of arts experiences throughout the city and beyond.

Individuals and groups within the performing arts venue landscape are invited to express their interest through the extended deadline of March 16, 2026.
