Certified Advisory Bodies distinguishes groups who have submitted formal documentation (such as bylaws) to the Office of Community & Civic Life and are formally recognized by the City of Portland.

The committee advises on issues related to the Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) for Environmental Services' Secondary Treatment Expansion Program (STEP).
Focused on issues impacting Portland TNC drivers including data collection, accessibility, wages, safety, injuries, insurance, safety, reliability, standards, and dispute resolution. Forum for drivers to share concerns, suggestions. Facilitator and independent mediator assist, as needed.
Oversees and regulates the performance of tow contractors and the tow desk. Meetings on the third Wednesday of odd-numbered months. Established in City Code Chapter 3.98.

The Vision Zero Task Force was dissolved on January 25, 2021. The Vision Zero Task Force oversaw implementation of the Vision Zero Action Plan, reviewed actions and progress, advised on implementation, tracked equity impacts, and oversaw performance measure reporting.
Will provide oversight and accountability during the implementation of the Waste Equity Workplan, drawing on the members’ knowledge and expertise to ensure that the projects and programs meet the workplan goals.
