Advisory Groups

Certified Advisory Bodies have submitted for approval to the Office of Community & Civic Life's Certified Advisory Body Program.

Certified Advisory Bodies distinguishes groups who have submitted formal documentation (such as bylaws) to the Office of Community & Civic Life and are formally recognized by the City of Portland.

The Committee will work with city staff to develop a parking management plan and parking permit pilot program for the Richmond Neighborhood area. The resulting plan will need to be voted in by affected residents and adopted by City Council first before being implemented.
Representatives from neighborhood businesses, residents, and property owners, meets annually to recommend projects, programs, and services to be funded by meter revenue for the Lloyd Parking District.
Comprised of representatives from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), the Homestead Neighborhood Association, and a third party to serve as tiebreaker.
