Seven new Portland projects received full concept endorsement from Metro for funding from Metro’s Regional Affordable Housing Bond, bringing the city to 1,200+ units of affordable housing in the pipeline through the Metro Bond—or 83% of the goal set forth for Portland's allocation of the funds.

US Supreme Court Ends CDC Moratorium
Deferred rent accumulated between April 2020 and June 2021 is not due until February 28, 2022. However, landlords may now enforce eviction judgments for eviction for unpaid rent from July 2021 and onward.
