The Bureau of Environmental Services is proposing additional changes to the Stormwater Management Manual (SWMM). The public can submit comments on the proposed changes from December 4, 2024, to January 10, 2025.

On Friday night, November 22, City crews responded to reports of a sewage release from a maintenance hole near 2121 SW Multnomah Blvd. Some of that release may have reached Tryon Creek. As a precaution, the public is advised to avoid the creek downstream from this location.

On Tuesday, October 8, City crews responded to reports of a sewage release from a private maintenance hole on the 2000 block of SW Vermont Street. Some of that release may have reached Stephens Creek.  As a precaution, the public is advised to avoid the creek downstream from this location.

Traffic Advisory: Sewer construction to close N Interstate northbound lane at Greeley Avenue the week of September 23

Northbound Interstate travel at Greeley Ave will be disrupted the week of Sept. 23. City crews are using a sewer construction method that minimizes street disruptions to replace an aging large pipe underneath the roadway.
