Report Fireworks

Service
Please use this form to help us document non-emergency fireworks complaints.

3 to 5 minutes

While resources are not available to respond to most complaints about fireworks, we're gathering information for ongoing efforts to achieve compliance with Portland's total fireworks ban, and restrictions on the use of illegal fireworks in Gresham and Multnomah County.

If someone is hurt or something is on fire, call 911, do not use this form.

Acknowledgement

Is this an urgent, life-threatening issue where someone is hurt or there is an active fire?

Please stop filling out this form and call 911.

Please make a selection to continue.

During high volume times of the year law enforcement does not have resources to respond to all non-emergency calls. Fire Investigators will be investigating all fires that have a connection to fireworks and violators will be held responsible.
