Portland Building Customer Service Center
The Portland Building's Customer Service Center is staffed by PDX 311 Customer Service Representatives to help community members access local government information and services.
Services for Community Members
- Information & Referral for a broad variety of City, County, and other government programs
- Assistance making common requests or reports, including reporting noise, issues related to homeless campsites, abandoned vehicles, and obstructions in the right-of-way
- Assistance with applications for Portland Bureau of Transportation programs, including the Area Parking Permit Program, Regulatory / Private for Hire Transportation. Temporary Street Use Permits, Block Parties, and Transportation Wallet
- Assistance contacting City staff, finding meetings and events in the building, and locating other City offices
- Information about the Portland Building itself, its history, and the public art on the first two floors
The Portland Building Customer Service Center is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Community members can contact PDX 311 at 3-1-1 or 311@portlandoregon.gov.
