Report a Spill or Pollution

Service
Call our hotline 24 hours a day, seven days a week to report pollution or spills. For example, if someone is washing paint down a storm drain or if you see a strange discharge coming from a pipe, call us.

Making your report will take only a few minutes.

Gather Information

When reporting a spill or pollution, please provide the following:

  • Location and description of the spill or pollution, including property address, nearest street intersection, or the address of an adjacent property.
  • If this is a recurring problem, tell us if it occurs at a regular time of day or a particular day of the week.

You may choose to remain anonymous. If so, please let us know that when you call. However, a phone number would be helpful if your voicemail is not clear or if we have follow-up questions.

Whether you want to remain anonymous or not, we will do our best to keep your information confidential.
